Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all TEZZO tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
